We love Saturday mornings in Fort Pierce. Today we were greeted, as we are almost daily here, by an absolutely beautiful sunrise. Easy to see why Fort Pierce is called the "Sunrise City"!
After coffee and breakfast, we walked to the other side of the marina while admiring a picture perfect clear blue sky.
Next to the marina is THE BEST farmer's market in the world! Tons of great produce and other foods, live music and dancing every week, loads of interesting people and an equally large arts & crafts market across the parking lot. All right on the waterfront.
It is simply THE BEST!
Some of our loot from this morning. Fresh pineapple, a huge Florida sweet onion, Plant City (FL)strawberries, Winter Haven (FL) blueberries, and locally grown yellow squash and zucchini.
YUM!
I have never been to Fort Pierce... looks like a great place to unwind! Glad you guys are getting to enjoy it all :)))
